What We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: username, email address, profile content, photos, and any optional health or relationship information you choose to share. We also collect standard server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
How We Use It
Your data is used to operate the platform, display your profile, deliver messages and notifications, and improve the service. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to serve advertisements.
Health Data
STI testing records you enter are stored encrypted and are never sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose other than the features you explicitly enable (profile sharing, partner notifications). Anonymous notification data is structurally separated from your identity.
Data Retention
Active account data is retained for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile is immediately hidden and personally identifiable data is purged within 30 days. Aggregate anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.
Your Rights
You may request a full export of your data at any time from your Settings page. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting privacy@sdlust.com. These rights apply to all users regardless of location.
Cookies
We use session cookies for authentication and preferences only. No third-party tracking cookies are set. Analytics (if enabled) use anonymized, cookieless measurement.
