Our Commitment to Member Privacy
SDLust will not voluntarily disclose member data to law enforcement without a valid legal process. We review every request for legal sufficiency before providing any response.
Valid Legal Process
We require one of the following before producing any member data: a valid subpoena, court order, or search warrant issued by a court of competent jurisdiction. Informal requests, letters, or verbal requests will not be honored.
What We May Produce
In response to valid legal process, we may produce: account registration data (username, email, IP logs), account activity logs. We will not produce: health records or STI data unless specifically compelled by a court order; the contents of private messages without a warrant.
Notice to Members
Unless prohibited by law or court order, we will notify the affected member before producing their data, allowing them to seek legal counsel. If notice is prohibited, we will notify the member promptly once the prohibition expires.
