Overview
SDLust maintains a moderation team responsible for reviewing reported content and enforcing the Terms of Service. This policy describes our moderation process and standards.
Prohibited Content
- Any sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance, immediate permanent ban and law enforcement referral
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)
- Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of any member
- Hate speech based on protected characteristics
- Spam, phishing, or commercial solicitation outside the Emporium
- Impersonation of real individuals or organizations
Reporting
Any member may flag content using the report button present on profiles, posts, and events. Reports are reviewed by the moderation team within 48 hours.
Enforcement Actions
Depending on severity, enforcement may include: content removal, temporary suspension, permanent ban. Decisions involving child safety material are always permanent and always referred to law enforcement.
Appeals
Members may appeal moderation decisions by contacting appeals@sdlust.com within 30 days. Appeals are reviewed by a moderator not involved in the original decision.
Transparency
Aggregate moderation statistics are published in our quarterly transparency report.
